   If you are still at the hospital then I would ask your nurse to have the nutritionist come and speak to you. I can’t tell you a direct answer because I don’t know the reason you have this, and based on the reason is a factor in your diet as well, does this make sense. I would say eat meat, and iron rich foods, but talk to the nutritionist first before you go home. Good luck sweetie and God bless you!
