In most cases, doctors do not know the cause of aplastic anemia. In about 20% of patients, the disease develops from an inherited disorder, such as Fanconi anemia. Aplastic anemia may also be caused by high doses of radiation or certain chemicals or viruses. There is evidence that in many people aplastic anemia is an autoimmune disease. This means that the body’s immune system is reacting against itself. The immune system attacks the bone marrow and stops it from making enough blood cells.

It can be caused by autoimmune disorders such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. It could also be an inherited genetic disorder, which would be an autoimmune disorder. Both RA and aplatic anemia are auto immune disorders, so yes they are linked.

If we had no soul, then how could we be aware of our existence? We would be robots! Matter by itself cannot explain our self-awareness. I mean, can you BE a computer, for example? No! Even if it’s as (or more) complex as a human brain. You ARE a human being because of your soul. You cannot be a table or a chair, for example – only a living being. Not even a robot.

The purpose is to raise awareness of the problem of people believing that marches, cause ribbons, etc. actually make a difference.
“raising awareness”doesn’t do any good if all the people who become aware just participate in the next awareness raising event.
