I am considering registering for the 3 day walk for breast cancer in San Diego. One of the requirements in order to participate is to raise a minimum of $2200 in pledges or donations. If I can’t raise the money then I’d have to write the check myself or drop out. How easy do you think it would be to raise the money and what suggestions do you have to do it?

What Are Some Good Ways To Raise Money For A Good Cause?
For my Graduation project, I’ve decided that I want to raise money for the Moyer Foundation (foundation that raises money for underprivileged, abused, or neglected children to get help / go to a camp called camp erin with children that have situations similar to their own etc.) I’m a huge Phillies fan, so that’s how I found the charity, but I need some help thinking of the BEST way to raise awareness and receive donations. How Can I Raise Money For Breast Cancer Awareness At My Avon Party?
Hey there, i am throwing an avon party in a few weeks with the theme being breast cancer awareness, as this month is breast cancer awareness month.
I am having a raffle, but also need other fund raising ideas for the party to raise plenty of money. I am selling some products with a 20% proceed going to the charity.
Any advice and suggestions for fund raising would be fantastic.

Help! How Do You Attract Attention About A Great Cause That Involves Charity?
A group of Smallville fans (Kristin Kreuk and Clark and Lana fans) has raised a total of $4,500 in 5 days and as of now it’s still increasing. We’re donating to 4 charities on their behalf: The Christopher Reeve Foundation, BC Children’s Hospital, Red Cross and Greenpeace.
This project is sincere, heartfelt and supports several good causes. It has raised awareness about the value of giving and gotten people who have never donated to charity to do so.
But we lack the press coverage we need to let people know, more importantly the people involved with the show know about the cause. I’ve emailed every online news site I know and no response.
Can anyone help me out? Do you know someone I can contact who will take a closer look at this? Please email me if you wish to remain anonymous.
I don’t know where else to ask, it’ll be ashame if no one finds out about this cause. Thank you so much.
